President/Owner: Dale DePriest founded Mission Lodge in 1984 while winding down a 25 year career in the HVAC business. Although a second career, fishing is Dale's number one passion with more time on the water than most of us dream of. Most anglers who have ever met Dale, want to come back in their next life as him.

Sarah Fullhart
Sales/Accounting: Sarah Fullhart brings a wealth of travel industry experience to this venture. In 1985, Sarah started out in the travel business selling and operating group tours. As Sarah put herself through college she then worked for a Company that sold fishing destinations worldwide and soon found out that she could turn her passion, fishing and adventure sports, into a fulltime career. Since then, she has owned and operated her own business and, along with Guy, assisted Dale DePriest in turning his Alaska operations from a negative to positive bottom line in under two years. Sarah not only participates in the sales, marketing and operating of all Mr. DePriest's ventures but also handles all of his finances, giving her insight into every aspect of the outdoor adventure industry.

Guy Fullhart
Marketing/Operations: Guy Fullhart has worked in the travel lodge industry since 1988, starting out as a seasonal fishing guide and working into a full-time management and marketing position by 1993. Guy spent three years guiding at Alaska West on the Kanektok River in Western Alaska. In 1993 he was among the first Americans to guide on Russia's Kamchatka peninsula and over the next five years became the camp manager of Kamchatka, Russia's first sport fishing lodge, overseeing all aspects of operations and managing both the American and Russian staff members. From 1997 to present, Guy has headed up the marketing program for Fishing Pursuits, which has included Mission Lodge, Alaska West, the Arolik, Alaska Kingfishers, Southern Chile Expeditions, Paloma River Lodge and Ascension Bay Bonefish Club. Guy has a degree from Oregon State University in Photography with a minor in Graphic Design and Computer Science. He has won regional awards for his art and commercial work. Guy worked his way through college as a freelance graphic designer and also took a year off from studies to work for an advertising agency, the Creative Company, heading up their digital design department. The Fullhart family is a partner in Ascension Bay Bonefish Club, a Mexican upscale fishing lodge.
